1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To open a bdg345 account and access our services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are not opening the account on behalf of another person or as an agent of any third party.
• You have not previously had a bdg345 account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure. bdg345 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID, utility bill, or bank statement — to verify any detail provided at registration or at any subsequent point.

A bdg345 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any balance held within it to any other person. Sharing account access with third parties, including family members, is prohibited.

1.1 Single Account Policy

Each member is permitted to hold exactly one active bdg345 account. If duplicate accounts are detected — identified by matching name, mobile number, payment account, device fingerprint, or IP address — bdg345 will close the duplicate account(s) without prior notice. Any bonus funds or winnings generated through a duplicate account are void and will be forfeited. Real-money deposits held in a duplicate account will be returned to the original payment source after a review period of up to 10 business days.

2. Deposits and Payment Methods

• Deposits made in error (incorrect account, wrong amount) must be reported to support within 24 hours.

3. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Withdrawals to a different account or wallet than the one used for the corresponding deposit will not be processed until identity verification is complete and the substitution request is reviewed by the support team.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) on business days are typically processed same-day for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

• Identity verification (photo ID + mobile number confirmation) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus credits must be wagered at a minimum of 20 times (20x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including most table games, live baccarat, and low-margin sports markets — may contribute at a reduced percentage towards wagering requirements. 4.2 Bonus Abuse

Repeat offenders may have their accounts permanently closed.

4.3 Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used within the validity period stated in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award — will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. Expired bonus credits cannot be reinstated.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bdg345 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the platform displays a confirmation reference number. It is the member's responsibility to verify that the details of a bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — are correct before confirming. bdg345 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except where explicitly permitted under the relevant sport's specific rules.

5.1 Void Bets

bdg345 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned; the odds were published due to a manifest error; the bet was placed after the actual result of the event was determined; or the bet was placed in a manner that bdg345 considers to be in breach of these Terms. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the member's account balance.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, event type, and the member's account tier. Maximum limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. bdg345 reserves the right to reduce maximum stake limits for any member at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play odds are updated in real time and are subject to suspension at any point during an event. bets placed during a suspension period are void. bdg345 uses automated pricing feeds and does not guarantee that in-play odds will be available for every market throughout an event.

5.4 Casino and Crash Games

6. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your bdg345 account. Any such contact claiming to be from bdg345 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

6.1 Device and Session Security

Always log out fully after each session.

11. Amendments to These Terms

bdg345 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to members. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the bdg345 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
